Quick answer
Your Trust Score reflects the reliability of your Earner activity. Valid tasks, clear proof and consistent conduct can strengthen your account, while invalid proof, repeated rule breaches or dishonest activity can reduce trust and affect task access. If you believe a task was rejected incorrectly, use Support in your Earner dashboard to open an appeal within the allowed time. Another Moderator or a Toritask administrator will review the case.
What is Trust Score?
Trust Score is Toritask's account-reliability measure for Earners. It helps the platform understand whether an account consistently completes tasks correctly, submits valid proof and follows marketplace rules.
Trust Score is not a measure of personal worth, popularity or income. It relates only to activity recorded through Toritask.
Why new Earners start as New
A newly activated Earner begins with a New trust status because Toritask does not yet have enough reviewed activity to assess the account. The status changes after the platform has sufficient valid task history.
Being marked New is normal. It is not a warning or a restriction.
What can strengthen account reliability?
- Completing the correct task within the allowed time.
- Submitting a clear screenshot or other proof that matches the registered username.
- Following every task instruction rather than relying only on the task title.
- Keeping Follow actions active through the required confirmation period.
- Using genuine accounts and submitting only your own proof.
- Responding honestly when Toritask asks for clarification.
- Maintaining a consistent record over time.
What can reduce Trust Score?
- Submitting unclear, incomplete or unrelated proof.
- Using a username that does not match the account registered for the task.
- Submitting reused, edited, fabricated or another person's proof.
- Claiming an action was completed when it was not.
- Reversing a Follow or other required action before its confirmation is complete.
- Repeatedly ignoring task instructions or submission requirements.
- Abusing Support or the appeal process.
- Attempting to complete a rejected task only after opening an appeal, then presenting it as though it had been completed earlier.
Important
Toritask does not publish its exact scoring formula, audit selection method or fraud-detection signals. The account page shows the status and information relevant to the individual Earner.
Why a task may be rejected
Common reasons include:
- The required action cannot be seen clearly in the proof.
- The visible username does not match the registered task account.
- The wrong post, page, link or task was completed.
- The proof was submitted after the task reservation expired.
- The screenshot appears reused, altered or unrelated.
- A required Follow was not maintained through confirmation.
- The task instructions were not fully followed.
- The task was completed from an account that was not eligible for that platform.
Rejected task, warning and account restriction
Rejected task
A rejected task means the individual submission did not meet the required standard. The reward remains unavailable unless the decision is overturned through review.
Warning
A warning means Toritask identified a reliability concern that is more serious than one ordinary mistake. A warning may reduce Trust Score and interrupt a clean activity record.
Restriction or suspension
Repeated, serious or deliberately dishonest activity may restrict task access or suspend the Earner account. Toritask considers the pattern and severity of the conduct, not only one isolated error.
When either status applies, the Earner dashboard shows a notice naming it, and Toritask emails the address registered on the account. A restriction pauses task access; a suspension removes it. In both cases, any balance already earned remains the Earner's and the usual payout rules continue to apply.
Restriction and suspension are reviewed by the Toritask team. The notice on the dashboard opens a Support conversation for that review, and it is the fastest route back. Toritask does not publish the internal measures that lead to either status, or the thresholds behind them.
Can a day's earnings be affected?
Yes. Toritask may conduct broader reviews of an Earner's task activity. When multiple serious invalid submissions are confirmed during the same review period, all affected task earnings recorded for that day may be cancelled.
Referral earnings and unrelated balances are handled under their own rules. Toritask does not publish its internal audit sample sizes or the precise logic used to select tasks for review.
How to appeal a rejected task
Use the Support section inside your Earner dashboard. You can start a chat or report a problem, select the rejected task and explain why you believe the decision is incorrect.
- Open Support — go to the Support area of your Earner dashboard and start a new report or continue the relevant conversation.
- Select the rejected task — choose the task or affected day so the reviewer can see the original instructions, proof and decision.
- Explain the problem — provide a clear written explanation and attach any relevant evidence. Toritask may ask for more information depending on the reason for appeal.
- Wait for independent review — another Moderator or a Toritask administrator reviews the appeal. The person who made the original decision should not decide the appeal alone.
- Receive the outcome — updates remain visible in the dashboard Support chat, and Toritask sends email notifications when the conversation changes.
Appeal deadlines
- Ordinary tasks — submit the appeal within 24 hours of the rejection notice.
- Follow tasks — submit the appeal within 48 hours of the rejection notice.
The deadline helps Toritask resolve disputes while campaigns are still active. Late cases may be reopened only when there is material new evidence, a confirmed system error or another exceptional reason.
What evidence can be submitted?
You may submit any relevant proof, including:
- A written explanation.
- A clearer screenshot.
- A screen recording.
- A profile, post or page link.
- Information showing the username or action involved.
- Any other evidence requested by Support.
Evidence must be genuine and must relate to the task as it existed when the original proof was submitted.
What happens while an appeal is open?
The disputed reward remains on hold while the appeal is reviewed. It is not added to Available Balance until the review is complete. Other task earnings connected to the same daily review may also remain Pending while Toritask confirms the correct outcome.
If the appeal succeeds
A reviewer records that the appeal is upheld, and a member of the Toritask team then applies the outcome to your account. That correction is made by a person, not automatically, so allow a little time for it after you are told the appeal succeeded.
Once applied, the correction covers:
- The task decision.
- The eligible reward.
- Any Trust Score reduction or warning caused by the incorrect decision.
- The task and wallet history.
- Any day-level cancellation caused only by the overturned decision.
The reviewer who decides your appeal is never the reviewer who rejected the task.
- The original Moderator decision may be reviewed for quality and fairness.
If the appeal does not succeed
The original decision remains in place. The appeal outcome is ordinarily final after independent review. Support may reopen the case only when new material evidence appears, a system error is confirmed or there is credible evidence of reviewer misconduct.
A genuine but unsuccessful appeal does not automatically create a penalty. Repeated unsupported, misleading or spam appeals may affect Trust Score and account status.
Do Moderator mistakes have consequences?
Yes. Toritask reviews Moderator decisions. An incorrect rejection may affect the Moderator's quality record and Trust Score. Repeated unsupported decisions, bias, privacy breaches or deliberate misuse can lead to removal from moderation.
How to avoid disputes
- Read the complete instructions before selecting Start Task.
- Confirm that the correct username is registered before completing the task.
- Take a clear screenshot immediately after completing the action.
- Do not crop out the username or the part showing the required action.
- Do not edit, reuse or borrow proof.
- Keep Follow actions active through the required confirmation period.
- Use Support promptly when something genuinely went wrong.

Final note
Trust Score is designed to reward reliable participation and protect both Earners and Creators. Honest mistakes can be reviewed. Deliberate false proof, post-rejection completion, repeated rule breaches or abuse of the appeal process may have stronger consequences.
